PNW Blitz LLC

Terms & Conditions and Release & Waiver

Effective Date: August 20, 2026

These Terms & Conditions and Release & Waiver ("Agreement") apply to participation in any event, drive, tour, gathering, activity, or other experience organized, promoted, or operated by PNW Blitz LLC ("PNW Blitz," "we," "us," or "Organizer"), collectively referred to as a "PNW Blitz Event."

PNW Blitz Events may include, without limitation, scenic and recreational drives, group driving events, multi-day road trips, overnight trips, destination drives, driving tours, off-pavement or adventure-oriented activities, track-day activities, and other automotive or recreational experiences. The specific activities included in a particular PNW Blitz Event will be described in that Event's registration materials or communications.

By registering for or participating in a PNW Blitz Event, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Nature of PNW Blitz Events

PNW Blitz Events are recreational activities intended to provide participants with opportunities to explore roads, destinations, scenery, and communities throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular activity, PNW Blitz Events are not races, competitions, timed road events, or contests of speed.

Participants are expected to drive responsibly, lawfully, and courteously at all times. Nothing about a PNW Blitz Event authorizes or encourages speeding, racing, aggressive driving, reckless driving, or violation of traffic laws.

Routes, schedules, destinations, stops, activities, and other Event details may vary from one Event to another and may be changed when reasonably necessary for safety, weather, road conditions, closures, construction, wildfire, smoke, government restrictions, or other circumstances.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Participants must satisfy any age or other eligibility requirements stated for the particular PNW Blitz Event.

A person who drives during a PNW Blitz Event must:

  • hold a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated;

  • comply with all applicable licensing and vehicle requirements;

  • maintain any insurance required by law or by the terms of the Event;

  • operate the vehicle safely and responsibly; and

  • comply with this Agreement and all reasonable instructions provided by PNW Blitz.

Passengers may participate when permitted by the particular Event. PNW Blitz may establish additional requirements for particular activities or venues.

Registration is personal to the registered participant unless PNW Blitz expressly approves a transfer.

3. Vehicles and Vehicle Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring that any vehicle they operate during a PNW Blitz Event is legally permitted to operate on the applicable roads and is in a reasonably safe and roadworthy condition.

Participants are solely responsible for:

  • fuel and charging;

  • vehicle maintenance;

  • tires, brakes, fluids, and other vehicle systems;

  • required registration and insurance;

  • securing personal belongings and equipment; and

  • any repairs, towing, recovery, or other expenses associated with their vehicle.

PNW Blitz does not inspect, certify, maintain, repair, or guarantee the mechanical condition or safety of any participant's vehicle.

Participants are responsible for determining whether their vehicle is suitable for the roads, terrain, weather, distance, and conditions associated with a particular Event.

4. Compliance With Laws and Safe Driving

Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations throughout the Event.

This includes, without limitation, laws relating to:

  • speed limits;

  • traffic control devices;

  • passing;

  • vehicle equipment;

  • licensing and registration;

  • insurance;

  • seat belts and child restraints;

  • distracted driving;

  • alcohol and controlled substances; and

  • parking and access restrictions.

Participants must drive according to road, traffic, weather, visibility, and surface conditions rather than simply following another participant.

A participant must never assume that another vehicle's speed, route, maneuver, or decision is safe or appropriate for them.

PNW Blitz may remove a participant from an Event if PNW Blitz reasonably believes the participant is driving recklessly, aggressively, unlawfully, dangerously, or otherwise creating a risk to themselves or others.

No refund is guaranteed following removal from an Event for unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or prohibited conduct.

5. Alcohol, Drugs, and Impairment

A participant may not operate a vehicle while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, drugs, medication, fatigue, or any other substance or condition that may impair safe driving.

Participants are responsible for making their own decisions regarding whether they are fit to drive.

PNW Blitz may prohibit a participant from driving or participating further in an Event if PNW Blitz reasonably believes the participant is impaired or otherwise unable to participate safely.

6. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to treat other participants, members of the public, businesses, property owners, event staff, and venue personnel with courtesy and respect.

Participants may not engage in conduct that PNW Blitz reasonably determines to be:

  • dangerous or reckless;

  • unlawful;

  • threatening, abusive, or harassing;

  • disruptive to the Event or other participants;

  • damaging to property;

  • inconsistent with the rules of a venue or facility; or

  • otherwise inappropriate for the Event.

PNW Blitz reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a participant from an Event when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, enjoyment, or reputation of the Event or its participants.

7. Event Fees, Registration, and Cancellations

Event fees, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policies, transfer policies, and any other event-specific financial terms will be stated during registration or in the applicable Event materials.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, registration does not include a participant's personal expenses, including fuel, charging, lodging, meals, parking, tolls, vehicle repairs, towing, tickets, fines, or other incidental expenses.

PNW Blitz may establish different cancellation or transfer policies for different Events.

If an Event is sold out, PNW Blitz may maintain a waiting list and may offer a participant's place to another person when permitted under the applicable Event policy.

8. Event Changes, Delays, and Cancellation

PNW Blitz makes reasonable efforts to conduct Events substantially as advertised, but no particular route, destination, schedule, road, activity, venue, or itinerary is guaranteed.

PNW Blitz may modify, postpone, shorten, reroute, or cancel an Event when reasonably necessary because of circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • severe or changing weather;

  • wildfire, smoke, or poor air quality;

  • snow, ice, flooding, landslides, or other natural hazards;

  • road closures or hazardous road conditions;

  • construction or transportation restrictions;

  • governmental orders or restrictions;

  • vehicle, venue, or service-provider issues;

  • insufficient participation;

  • safety concerns;

  • emergencies; or

  • other circumstances outside PNW Blitz's reasonable control.

PNW Blitz will communicate material changes to participants when reasonably practicable.

Any refund or credit resulting from cancellation or material changes will be handled according to the applicable Event's published cancellation policy or, if no specific policy applies, as determined by PNW Blitz in its reasonable discretion.

PNW Blitz is not responsible for personal expenses incurred by a participant in connection with an Event that is changed, delayed, shortened, or cancelled, except as expressly provided by the applicable Event policy or required by law.

9. Routes and Navigation

PNW Blitz may provide routes, maps, navigation files, GPS information, recommended stops, or other directions for an Event.

These materials are provided as aids to navigation and are not a guarantee that a particular road, route, destination, or facility will remain accessible or suitable for travel.

Participants remain responsible for their own navigation and decisions while driving.

A participant must not blindly follow a route or another participant when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

Road conditions, traffic controls, closures, construction, weather, and other conditions can change without notice.

10. Personal Expenses and Third-Party Services

Unless expressly included in an Event's registration price, participants are responsible for their own lodging, transportation, food, beverages, fuel, charging, parking, admission fees, and other personal expenses.

Some PNW Blitz Events may involve third-party businesses, venues, hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, track facilities, or other service providers.

PNW Blitz does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their acts or omissions except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

A third-party provider may require its own terms, waiver, release, or agreement as a condition of participation in an activity or use of its facilities.

11. Assumption of Risk

Driving and participating in automotive and recreational activities involves inherent and other risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

By participating in a PNW Blitz Event, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risks associated with the Event, including risks arising from your own actions, the actions of other participants, members of the public, road and traffic conditions, and circumstances beyond anyone's control.

These risks may include, without limitation:

  • vehicle collisions, crashes, rollovers, or loss of control;

  • collisions with other vehicles, cyclists, pedestrians, animals, or objects;

  • the negligence or errors of other drivers or participants;

  • road hazards, potholes, debris, gravel, uneven pavement, mud, water, ice, snow, or other surface conditions;

  • changing traffic and road conditions;

  • poor visibility;

  • weather, wind, rain, snow, heat, cold, wildfire, smoke, or poor air quality;

  • falling rocks, trees, branches, or other natural hazards;

  • wildlife entering or crossing the roadway;

  • mechanical failure, tire failure, brake failure, or other vehicle malfunction;

  • vehicle recovery, towing, or roadside emergencies;

  • fatigue or extended periods of driving;

  • remote or rural locations where emergency assistance may be delayed;

  • interaction with members of the public;

  • participation in activities at third-party facilities;

  • physical injury or illness;

  • damage to or loss of personal property or vehicles; and

  • serious bodily injury or death.

You understand that the Pacific Northwest includes remote areas and that emergency medical services, towing, cell service, and other assistance may not be immediately available.

You voluntarily choose to participate despite these risks.

12. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in a PNW Blitz Event, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and waive claims against PNW Blitz LLC and its owners, members, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, representatives, and other persons acting on its behalf (collectively, the "Released Parties") for personal injury or death arising from my participation in a PNW Blitz Event to the extent such claims are legally subject to release under applicable law.

I specifically acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permitted under Oregon law, this release includes claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties in connection with risks associated with the recreational activity.

I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights by signing this Agreement.

This release does not release, waive, or limit claims that cannot lawfully be released or waived under applicable law, including claims arising from conduct or circumstances that the law expressly prohibits from being released.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to release or limit liability for gross negligence, reckless conduct, willful misconduct, intentional torts, or any other claim that applicable law does not permit a participant to release or waive.

To the extent a particular provision of this release is broader than permitted by applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted and enforced only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Property Damage and Vehicle Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own vehicle and personal property while participating in a PNW Blitz Event.

PNW Blitz does not provide insurance for participant vehicles or personal property.

I understand that damage to my vehicle or property may occur through collisions, road hazards, weather, theft, vandalism, mechanical failure, third-party conduct, or other circumstances.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive or limit any claim that applicable law does not permit to be waived or limited.

14. Medical Treatment and Emergency Assistance

If I am injured or become ill during an Event, I authorize reasonable emergency assistance to be requested on my behalf when appropriate.

I understand that PNW Blitz is not a medical provider and does not guarantee the availability, adequacy, or timeliness of emergency medical services.

I am responsible for my own medical expenses and insurance.

I understand that PNW Blitz may provide information about an incident to emergency personnel, law enforcement, insurance representatives, or other appropriate persons when reasonably necessary.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from my own negligent, reckless, unlawful, or intentional acts or omissions, or from my material violation of this Agreement, including claims brought by third parties arising from my conduct.

This provision does not require me to indemnify or hold harmless a Released Party for liability to the extent such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Removal or Refusal of Participation

PNW Blitz may refuse registration or remove a participant from an Event when PNW Blitz reasonably determines that doing so is necessary or appropriate for safety, legal compliance, Event operations, venue requirements, or the well-being of participants or others.

Examples include unsafe or reckless driving, impairment, unlawful conduct, harassment, threatening behavior, failure to follow reasonable Event instructions, or providing materially inaccurate registration information.

If a participant is removed because of their own conduct, no refund is guaranteed.

17. Photography, Video, and Event Media

PNW Blitz and its representatives may photograph or record Events for documentation, promotional, marketing, social media, editorial, or other legitimate business purposes.

By participating in an Event, you grant PNW Blitz a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your image, likeness, voice, vehicle, and participation in photographs and recordings made in connection with the Event, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

You may photograph and record your own participation for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that doing so does not interfere with safe driving, Event operations, other participants, or applicable laws.

Participants must not use cameras, phones, drones, or other equipment in a manner that creates a safety hazard.

Nothing in this section requires a participant to identify or publicly disclose private personal information about another participant.

18. PNW Blitz Name and Intellectual Property

The PNW Blitz name, logo, graphics, written materials, routes, maps, event materials, and other original content created by PNW Blitz are the property of PNW Blitz LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced, commercially exploited, or represented as an official PNW Blitz product or event without prior written permission.

Participation in a PNW Blitz Event does not grant a participant any ownership interest or license in PNW Blitz's intellectual property.

Nothing in this Agreement prevents participants from discussing, reviewing, photographing, or sharing their personal experiences at PNW Blitz Events.

19. Third-Party Events and Optional Activities

A PNW Blitz Event may include optional activities operated by third parties, including but not limited to track facilities, recreational providers, lodging providers, restaurants, attractions, or other venues.

Those activities may be subject to separate terms, restrictions, fees, and liability waivers imposed by the third-party operator.

A participant who chooses to participate in an optional third-party activity does so subject to the requirements of that third party.

20. Force Majeure and Unavoidable Circumstances

PNW Blitz will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations when caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, without limitation, wildfire, smoke, extreme weather, snow, ice, flooding, landslides, earthquakes, road closures, government orders, civil emergencies, public health emergencies, labor disruptions, accidents, infrastructure failures, venue closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

PNW Blitz may take whatever reasonable action it considers necessary to protect participants and conduct the Event safely, including changing the route, delaying the Event, shortening the Event, relocating activities, or cancelling the Event.

21. No Guarantee of Event Experience

PNW Blitz makes no guarantee regarding traffic conditions, weather, road conditions, scenery, vehicle performance, mechanical reliability, venue availability, travel time, or the experience of any particular participant.

The purpose of a PNW Blitz Event is recreational enjoyment and exploration. Conditions encountered during an Event may differ materially from conditions anticipated at the time of registration.

22. Changes to These Terms

PNW Blitz may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to a participant will generally be the version presented to or accepted by the participant at the time of registration or participation, unless an updated version is required by law or otherwise agreed to by the participant.

Event-specific rules or instructions may supplement these Terms & Conditions.

If there is a conflict between this Agreement and a mandatory requirement imposed by a third-party venue or activity provider, the applicable third-party requirement will govern that particular activity.

23. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

24. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction's law is required to apply.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement or participation in a PNW Blitz Event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Oregon, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

25. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any Event-specific terms provided during registration, constitutes the agreement between the participant and PNW Blitz concerning participation in the applicable PNW Blitz Event and supersedes prior representations or understandings concerning those matters.
